Order Custom Cookies

Hi! Thank you for your interest in SAMA Sweetery! I look forward to helping you make your special occasion a little sweeter. Please fill out the form below so I can give you an accurate quote. Please note that I do not take custom orders from mid October through the end of December.

I am a one woman show and my cookies are all made to order. With my kids only being little once, I am cutting back the amount of cookies that I am accepting each week. Please get your request in as soon as possible as dates fill up quite fast. For cookies requested less than 2 weeks in advance, there is a 20% rush fee.

There is a minimum order of 1 dozen standard size cookies (3-4”). I also offer an 18 count size assortment (mini, small and standard) if you need something a little bigger. Mini cookies (about 2”) are only available as add ons. Pricing can be found here.

I do not offer character cookies or logos without permission from necessary channels.

Payment

  • Your quote is good for 48 hours once I send it to you.
  • Your order is not confirmed until full payment is received. Payment can be made through Venmo, Paypal or credit card. For credit card, please let me know so I can send you a separate link.
  • Your payment is refundable if cancelled more than 4 weeks before the pick up date.

All cookies will be individually heat sealed for freshness unless otherwise discussed. I can also do special packaging (think bows, tags, individual boxes) – just let me know what you are looking for in the form below. These can definitely boost the presentation if giving out for favors or in boxed sets if giving multiple cookies.

All changes to the order must be done at least 4 weeks in advance.

Unfortunately, I cannot ship cookies due to California Cottage Law. You must be able to pick up in West Sacramento, California. I do not offer delivery.

All products are produced in a California Cottage Food Program Permitted Home Kitchen which also produces common allergens such as milk, eggs, wheat, peanuts, fish, shellfish, tree nuts, and soy. 

By filling out the questionnaire below, you are not securing your order. Please give me 5 business days to check availability and provide you with a quote. I do not respond to emails on the weekend. When your payment is received, your order will be secured. To keep my response times to all customers reasonable, if I do not hear from you within 2 days about your order, your inquiry will be cancelled.

Please enter the date that you need to PICK UP the cookies. This may be different than the date of your event.
Although my best sets come when I have creative freedom, I do ask for you to be as detailed as possible so I may give you an accurate quote. Include theme, color scheme, aesthetic, specific words or designs you would like to see etc. There's a spot below for you to upload an invitation, color scheme, and decor you'll be having. Items you love from the nursery or specific parts of the wedding venue you love are examples of things that make for great inspiration. The more information I have, the better I can create something perfect for your event.
There is a 1 dozen minimum for standard size cookies in vanilla. If ordering a custom flavor, the minimum is 2 dozen. I also offer an 18 assorted size mix. Mini cookies (~2”) can be added to either set to round out your order.
